摘要
针对钢管直线度的机器视觉测量,设计了成像系统的技术指标。采用双高斯结构设计了光学成像系统基本结构,并通过ZEMAx光学模拟及像质分析,对成像镜头的结构参数进行了优化。设计结果表明,该光学成像系统总体成像质量较好,畸变小于0.08%,在频率为62.5 lp/mm时,0.7 ω视场的MTF值大于0.5,能够用于钢管直线度测量。
Abstract
Technology index of the imaging system had been designed for straightness measurement of steel pipe by machine vision. A structure of double-Gauss lens was adopted to design the basic structure of the optical imaging system. ZEMAx was used to analyze image quality and also be used to simulate the optical system. The structure parameters of imaging lens were optimally designed. It is shown from the design result that this optical imaging system has good image quality. Distortion was lower than 0.08% and field of 0.7 ω′s MTF was higher than 0.5 with the frequency of 62.5 lp/mm. It is assured that the designed system can be applied to measure straightness of steel pipe.
