高能脉冲激光远场多参量测试系统设计
Design of Far-Field Muti-Parameters Testing System for High-Energy Pulsed Laser
摘要
为研究高能脉冲激光远场光束质量,设计了一套激光远场多参量测试系统。首次将远场激光束的空间分布、脉冲波形和中心能量测试纳入到一个体系中。从总体设计、硬件构成、软件设计等三个方面对系统进行了阐述,重点介绍软件系统的实现过程。光束质量测试系统能够有效地获取远场激光的时空参数,为进一步进行远场激光性能评价奠定了基础。
Abstract
A far-field beam quality testing system is designed for researching beam quality of far-field high-energy beam application. By the system, far-field beams space distribution, pulse waveform and center energy information can be attained simultaneity for the first time. The design and realization process of the system are introduced in collectivity design, hardware composing and software design, especially in realizetion of software. The beam quality testing system can attain time-space parameters effectively, and its available for farther evaluation in farfield beam quality.
