激光分离卵磷脂混合物的实验研究

摘要
对于沸点相近并且分子自由程相差不大的物质,常规分离方法难以实现有效的分离,激光分离有效地弥补了常规分离方法的不足。用脉冲CO2激光器和连续CO2激光器对大豆卵磷脂混合物进行了激光分离实验,用高效液相色谱对激光辐照前后的样品进行了分析。经192.31 W/cm2的脉冲CO2激光辐照,卵磷脂的质量分数相对提高了26.7%,经2.28 W/cm2的连续CO2激光辐照,卵磷脂的质量分数相对提高了25.74%。结果表明,利用不同物质吸收激光的选择性,可用激光分离液体混合物。脉冲CO2激光分离的效果比连续CO2激光分离的效果好。
Abstract
For a variety of materials with little difference between the molecular free path and boiling point, conventional separation methods can not achieve effective separation. The laser separation effectively compensate for the deficiencies of conventional separation methods. The laser separation experiments were made to separate soybean lecithin mixtures by using pulsed CO2 laser and continuous wave CO2 laser respectively. The samples before and after laser separation were both analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The mass fraction of lecithin increases relatively 26.7% after irradiation by pulsed CO2 laser with the power density of 192.31 W/cm2; and the fraction increases relatively 25.74% after irradiation by continuous wave CO2 laser with the power density of 2.28 W/cm2. The results demonstrated that laser can be used to separate liquid mixture with the selective absorption of different matter to laser, and that the separating efficiency by pulsed CO2 laser is higher than continuous wave CO2 laser.
