Single Longitude Mode 671 nm Red Laser
摘要
利用全波片和Nd:YVO4激光器的偏振特性构成双折射滤光片,使用I类临界相位匹配LBO作为倍频晶体,在注入泵浦功率2.7 W的情况下获得149 mW的671 nm单纵模红光输出,光-光转换率5.6 %,该结构简单、紧凑,适合用于中低功率激光器。
Abstract
A kind of birefringent filter configuration is achieved by full-wave plate and Nd:YVO4 and typeⅠcritical phase-matched LBO is used as a frequency doubling crystal. When the pumping power is imputed into Nd:YVO4 is 2.7 W, 149 mW 671 nm red laser with single longitudinal mode red laser is obtained, and the transformation rate of light to light is 5.6%. This configuration is very simple and compact which is fit for medium and low power laser.
