摘要
针对便携嵌入式系统设备低功耗的要求, 结合AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode)反应速度快、对比度高、视角宽、轻薄、功耗低等优点, 以奇晶光电C0240QGFA-T为原型, 在其内置驱动芯片S6E63D6基础上设计了驱动电路板, 并在三星的ARM9处理器S3C2440A上完成了驱动电路板的Linux下的驱动程序。实验结果表明, 方案可行, 显示效果较好。
Abstract
To reduce portable devices with embedded systems power consumption, AMOLED display scheme is implemented, it has the advantage of fast reaction speed, high contrast, wide viewing angle, thin and low power consumption.Driver circuit is designed for CMEL(CHI MEI EL Corporation) C0240QGFA-T.Linux driver is designed for the driver circuit based on Sumsung’s ARM9 processor S3C2440A. The test result indicates that the scheme is feasible and the board could display with high quality.
