三相异步电机三维瞬态温度场仿真研究
Numerical Study on 3D Transient Thermal Field of Squirrel-Cage Induction Motor
摘要
利用传热学基本理论, 结合电机结构特点, 建立了电机定子三维瞬态导热模型, 对中小型电机定子三维瞬态温度场进行了仿真。结果显示电机过载起动时, 电机内部升温迅速, 在很短的时间内即可导致电机烧毁;机壳表面温度升高缓慢, 机壳表面最高温升时刻落后于电机内部温升最高时刻;在瞬时过载起动情况下通过电机表面温升是不能判断电机内部温度分布情况的。最后通过实验测量, 验证仿真结果基本准确。
Abstract
A three-dimensional mathematical heat transfer model has been built according to the structure of asynchronous motor based on the heat transfer theory. And the three-dimensional(3D) transient thermal field of induction motor stator has been simulated based on the model. The following conclusions can be drawn from the study: the temperature rise of motor increases quickly when the motor starting with over loading. The inner temperature of stator winding exceeds the maximum standard temperature and the surface temperature rise slowly, and it’s difficult to find the fault through the surface temperature of frame. The simulation results match the measured results well.
