硅探测器在激光引信中的应用分析
Applications of Silicon Diodes Detectors in Laser Proximity-fuze
摘要
研究了空空导弹激光引信的关键器件——硅探测器的光谱和响应特性以及其选择和使用原则, 提出利用附加的窄带滤光片的光谱特性实现抗阳光干扰方法; 讨论了其应用电路、负载输出特性和匹配放大器原理等, 并简要分析了将其放大器集成于管壳内的优势, 即可抗电路串扰的有效性。
Abstract
The working principles, applied circuits and the characteristics of its spectral matching, output loading and matching amplifier of silicon detector applied in laser proximity-fuse for air-to-air missiles are analyzed. And the control principles of its gain and noise are given. Finally, the engineering applications of laser fuse are introduced.
