Development and Application of Far-Field Laser Spot Measurement System Based on CCD
摘要
针对被测激光器的特点,设计了基于 CCD的远场激光光斑测量系统,通过设置 CCD摄像机的控制参数,确保正确采集光斑图像,实现了图像的采集、显示、存储功能,并编写光斑图像分析软件,实现了光斑图像处理、参数计算、能量三维显示等功能。
Abstract
According to the characteristic of the tested laser,the far-field laser spot measurement system based on CCD is designed. By setting the control parameters of CCD camera to acquire spot images accurately, functions include the image acquisition,display and storage are carried out,and the software of spot image analysis is programmed. The spot image processing,parameters calculation and 3D display of energy distribution are carried out.
