XeCl激光器的增益特性
Gain characteristics of XeCl laser
摘要
本文根据稳腔均匀加宽激光器的模型,按照激光器的输出功率与小信号增益系数g,恒定的吸收损耗系数ao,饱和强度Is,腔长L之间的近似关系式,利用变换输出耦合的方法,对采用紫外预电离的Blumlein快放电激励XeCl激光器的增益进行测量.并讨论了器件的最佳透过率.发现最佳透过率是泵浦功率的函数.
Abstract
This paper reports the experimental measurements of gain characteristics of a XeCl laser pumped by Blumlein fast discharge device, using the method of varing output coupling, according to the relation between output power of the laser consisting of a stable cavity and homogeneously broadended gain medium, and other laser parameters, such as small-signal gain coefficient go, constant absorption loss coefficient saturation intensity Is and cavity length finally, the optimum transmittance of laser is determined. Authors find that the optimum transmittance is a function of pumping power.
