Investigation on increasing measurement accuracy of radius of spherical curvature
摘要
本文讨论了激光球面干涉仪以及数字干涉仪在球面曲率半径测量中的应用,同传统的球面样板检测进行了比较,分析并计算了两者的测量精度,给出了提高球径仪测量精度的原则性方案.
Abstract
Application of laser interferometry and digital interferometry in measuring curvature radius of spherical surfaces is discussed and compared with conventional method using spherical glass plates. The calculation results of measurement accuracies of both methods are given. The principle for further inprovement of measurement accuracy of spherometer is presented.
