燃烧法表面处理的SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料
Surface Treatment of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+ Phosphors by Combustion Method
摘要
SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+长余辉发光材料因耐水性差而使其应用受到极大限制。利用快速燃烧法对SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+长余辉发光材料进行表面处理,以X射线粉末衍射、X射线光电子能谱、扫描电镜及荧光光谱等对表面处理前后SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+长余辉发光材料进行表征。实验结果表明: 经燃烧法表面处理后的SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+长余辉发光材料表面获得了完整而致密的耐水性物质层,可有效提高材料耐水性能。
Abstract
Owing to its poor water resistance, the application of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors is limited seriously. In this paper, a rapid combustion method was introduced into the surface treatment of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors. X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, photoluminescence spectrophotometry and pH measurements were employed to characterize the treated and untreated phosphors. Experimental results showed that a compact layer was coated on the surface of SrAl2O4∶Eu2+, Dy3+ phosphors, which effectively improved the water resistance of phosphors.
