荧光法藻类光合作用活性测量中激发光强的选取与控制

摘要
以高亮LED为激发光源研究了藻类光合作用活性的快速、原位测量方法。通过对不同藻类的吸收光谱曲线分析,结合 实验测量研究了在藻类光合作用活性测量中采用测量光、饱和脉冲光和光化光三种不同激发光照情况下获得的光 诱导荧光曲线;为了提高激发光源的稳定性,研究并设计了基于升压式的LED恒流驱动电路,消除了电源电压波动和 温度变化等对光源光照度不稳定性的影响,为藻类光合作用活性测量系统的设计提供了基础参数。
Abstract
The rapid and in situ measuring methods of algae photosynthesis activity by using highlight LED as the excitation light source was presented. Based on the analysis of the absorption spectrum of different algae, the fluorescence induced curve was obtained by using three kinds of excitation light source of measurement light, saturation pulse light and actinic light in the measurement of algae photosynthesis activity. To improve the stability of the excitation light source, the constant current drive circuit based boost circuit was designed to eliminate the effects of the supply voltage fluctuations and temperature changes on the instability of the illumination of excitation light source, and to provide basic parameters for the design of the measurement system of algae photosynthesis activity.
