MOPA脉冲激光器频谱合束研究
Study on spectral beam combining of MOPA pulse lasers
摘要
文章对多个主振荡功率放大(MOPA)脉冲激光器采用阵列光纤光栅频谱合束技术进行了研究,模拟了采用阵列光纤光栅频谱合束技术将多个MOPA脉冲激光器合束输出的过程,研究了合束后时域脉冲形状的畸变,并提出了使输出脉冲平坦化的改进方法。研究结果表明,以2 ns为间隔控制各个通道的输入MOPA脉冲激光器的同步,可以改善输出脉冲的平坦性。
Abstract
This paper studies the spectral beam combining technology for multiple Main Oscillation Power Amplifier (MOPA) pulse lasers by using the array fiber grating spectral beam combining technology. Then it simulates the output process of the multiple MOPA pulse laser by using this technology and studies the distortion of the time domain pulse shape after beam combining and presents the method for improving the output pulse flattening. The study results indicate that the output pulses become more flattened by controlling the synchronization of the input MOPA pulse laser in each channel with an interval of 2 ns.
