摘要
现有折弯机在母线的角度测量中一般采用光栅尺或编码器, 针对这种接触式检测方法存在的局限性, 提出了基于视频技术的角度检测方法, 这种非接触式测量方法不仅使角度的检测更加方便, 而且增加了折弯机机头机械设计的灵活性。分析了母线在进行边缘检测时角度存在跳动的原因, 提出了一种通过抑制伪边缘的方法来控制检测角度的不稳定性。以铜、铝母线为原型, 将设计的光学检测系统应用在数控折弯机上, 通过单片机控制油缸的动作, 实现了母线的折弯过程。实验结果表明, 在折弯机中采用视频技术测量母线折弯角度, 不仅可以降低系统的开发成本, 而且可以减轻机械结构的复杂性, 同时也使角度的检测更加简单。
Abstract
On account of some boundedness of busbar angle detection on bending machine, which adopts contact measurement such as grating bar and encoder, a video technology for angle detection is proposed. This is a contactless measurement which can make the angle detection more convenient and the machine design of bending machine head more flexible. The jumpy reasons about busbar edge detection are analyzed. The way for restraining the angle jump which adopts controlling pseudo edge is proposed. For the prototype with aluminum and copper busbar, the bending is achieved, which applies the optical monitoring system to the CNC bending machine and controlling the oil cylinder action which is used AT89S52 single-chip. The experiment results show that using video technology to measure the busbar bending angle in the CNC bending machine not only can reduce the cost of system development, but also can relieve the complicacy of the mechanism, and make the angle detection more easily.
