高热剂的红外辐射特性研究

摘要
为探讨高热剂的红外辐射特性, 设计并制备了6种不同组分的高热剂, 并对其红外辐射亮度开展了实验研究。实验发现在4.15~5 μm波段内Al+Fe3O4和Mg+CuO的最大红外辐射亮度分别达到了66934和43718 W.m-2.sr-1; 在2.5~3.1 μm波段内 Al+Fe3O4和Al+CuO分别达到了15097和13365 W.m-2.sr-1; 高热剂都在8~14 μm波段内也具有较好的红外辐射, 其中Mg+Fe3O4和Al+CuO的最大红外辐射亮度值分别达到了691.5和611.8 W.m-2.sr-1。结果表明高热剂是高效的红外诱饵添加成分。
Abstract
In order to discuss the infrared radiation property of thermite, six different thermites were designed and prepared, then the infrared radiation of six thermites were measured. It is found by the experiments that in 4.15~5 μm the maximum infrared radiance of Al+Fe3O4 and Mg+CuO were 66934 and 43718 W.m-2.sr-1 respectively; in 2.5~3.11 μm the maximum infrared radiance of Al+Fe3O4 and Al+CuO were 15097 and 13365 W.m-2.sr-1 respectively. Thermites also have better infrared radiation intensity in 8~14 μm, The maximum infrared radiance of Mg+Fe3O4 and Al+CuO were 691.5 and 611.8 W.m-2.sr-1 respectively. Results show that thermite is a highly efficient additive in infrared decoy.
