钛合金 T型接头激光焊应用研究

摘要
为了在薄壁舱段相连接处同时焊上环形加强筋, 以 Ti750和 TC1为试验材料, 进行了一系列 T型接头激光焊接工艺试验, 研究钛合金 T型接头激光焊接工艺性, 通过分析焊缝成形与焊接参数之间的关系, 并对焊缝进行成分和力学性能测试, 得出焊接这类 T型接头的激光焊接工艺规范, 并成功试制钛合金薄壁加强筋结构舱段。
Abstract
T joint laser welding was investigated experimentally with Ti750 and TC1 alloys. The processing property of laser welding for different titanium alloys T joint was studied by means of series of laser welding experiments. The optimum processing parameters of laser welding were obtained by analyzing the relations between welding qualities and welding parameters and testing the mechanical property and components of the welded seams. This technology was successfully applied to producing titanium alloys thin wall compartments with stiffeners.
