C545T 对Al/MoO3 复合阳极OLED性能的影响

摘要
制备了以Al /MoO3为复合阳极的有机电致发光器件,其结构为:Al/MoO3/NPB/Alq3∶C545T(x%)/Alq3/LiF/Al。比较了不同掺杂浓度条件下OLED器件的电致发光特性。当C545T掺杂浓度为8%时,主客体间的能量转移最充分,器件的启亮电压为2.75V,器件在13V时获得最高亮度为27000cd/m2,发光效率为6.97cd/A。用FowlerNordheim隧道效应理论和载流子注入机制,分析了以Al /MoO3为复合阳极的OLED器件性能。
Abstract
The organic lightemitting diodes with the structure of Al/MoO3/NPB/Alq3∶C545T(x%)/Alq3/LiF/ Al were prepared by using alumina/molybdenum trioxide as the composite anode. Electroluminescent characteristics of the device with different doping concentrations of C545T were analyzed comparatively. The results show the energy transfer is most efficient between subject and object when the doped concentration is 8%, meanwhile, the driving voltage of fluorescent device is 2.75V. The device exhibits maximum luminescence value of 27000cd/m2 and luminous efficiency of 6.97cd/A under the voltage of 13V. The performance of the OLED using Al/MoO3 as composite anode was analyzed according to the theory of FowlerNordheim tunnel effect and carrier injection mechanism.
