摘要
激光散斑成像技术在医学和生物等领域得到广泛应用,照射对象内部变化可以产生动态变化的散斑图像。利用待测对象内部的散射粒子的动态变化与激光散斑变化的对应关系,结合激光散斑的统计学特性模拟相应算法,通过图像处理技术分辨出待测对象内部的动态变化程度。农作物种子内部粒子的活跃程度体现种子的活力,所以可以通过激光散斑技术的这个特点结合种子自身特性来分辨出作物种子的活力区域与非活力区域。
Abstract
Laser speckle ima ging technology is widely applied in medical and biological fields. Because the sensitivity of laserspeckle to illuminate object dynamic changes, produce dynamic changes of speckle image. Take advantage of corresponding relationto the changes of scattering particles in scope and laser dynamic speckle, combined with laser speckle statistical characteristics tosimulate corresponding algorithms through image processing technology, distinguish tested object dynamic changes. Seed internal particles activity embodies the seed vigor, So we can through laser speckle this characteristics to identify seed dynamic area.
