动态干涉条纹相位差提取方法的研究
Research on Extraction Methods of the Phase Difference of Dynamic Fringes
摘要
动态干涉条纹在精密测量领域有着广泛的应用。为了获取准确的条纹相位差信息,对四象限硅光电管(QPD)接收得到的两路光电转换信号,采用模拟电路的相位识别方法,将要求解的两路同频率信号经过模拟电路应用,其中条纹相位差的准确提取决定着转化、滤波后利用PCI采集卡采集得到的两个均值的准确性,通过建立此均值与所求相位差的函数关系式求取相邻信号相位差。测量系统稳定下两标准信号的相差实验证明了该电路在实际处理QPD接收运动条纹相差的有效性。
Abstract
Dynamic interference fringe has been applied widely in precision measurement, of which stripe phase extraction determines the ultimate accuracy of measurement. To obtain precise stripe phase information, the analog circuit phase identification method is used to change and filter the two photoelectric conversion signals of same-frequency received by quadrant si-photoelectric detector (QPD). The phase difference between adjacent signals can be captured through establishing function between the mean and the phase obtained with the PCI acquisition card. The phase difference experiment of two standard signals proves that the circuit is effective to treat phase difference of moving stripes received by OPD.
