光学遥感器偏流调焦控制单元集成仿真测试系统

摘要
为了实时监测空间光学遥感器偏流调焦机构控制单元的工作状态,测试其性能及可靠性,设计了一种集偏流与调焦控制单元仿真测试于一体的系统。该系统并行采集控制单元的多路控制信号,基于频率检测和幅值检测的模型应用FPGA进行逻辑分析,提取控制信号的频率、幅值、转向等检测信息和编码器反馈信息;检测信息通过PCI总线传输给计算机存储和显示,闭环控制反馈信息发送给控制单元。经过信号采集实验表明:该系统能够并行采集与处理工作频率1kHz、控制电压12V的8路控制信号,由计算机实时显示各路信号的工作参数及状态,满足实时监测控制单元工作状态的需要。
Abstract
In order to real-time monitor the working state of the control unit of drift-focus for an optical remote sensor, and test its performance and reality, a system integrating test and simulation function of the control unit was designed. This system performed the function of multi signals parallel acquisition, and used FPGA to make logical analysis according to the models of testing frequency and amplitude, thus the information including signals frequency, amplitude and direction as well as coder feedback information were obtained. Then the testing information was sent to master computer by PCI bus to save and display, while the closed-loop controlling feedback information was sent to the control unit. The experiments show that this system can parallelly acquire and process 8-channel signals with the working frequency of 1KHz and controlling voltage of 12V, the computer displays the parameters and state of each channel, then the demand of real-time monitoring the working state of the control unit is satisfied.
