635/808双波长低强度照射对 术后创口愈合的影响

摘要
本文通过评估 635/808双波长低强度激光照射对术后病人创口愈合的影响,以给临床应用提供病例参考。随机选取外科手术治疗的非恶性肿瘤患者 60例,试验组和对照组各 30例。试验组使用 635 nm/808 nm双波长激光辅助切口治疗,对照组以波长 635 nm的 He-Ne激光辅助治疗。激光器发出两路激光对受试者切口部位进行照射治疗,一路波长为 (635±5) nm,光功率密度 1~6.5 mW/cm2,另外一路波长为 (808±5) nm,光功率密度为 11~32 mW/cm2。激光照射治疗开始于手术结束 24 h之后,每天一次,每次照射 15 min,至治疗终点 (出院或切口愈合拆线),双波长激光器最大功率密度控制在 40 mW/cm2以下(可调节),最大能量密度在 36 J/cm2以下(可调节)。He-Ne激光器输出功率最大为 100 mW, 每天一次,每次照射 15 min,至治疗终点 (出院或切口愈合拆线 )。试验表明, 635/808双波长低照度照射能够促进创口愈合,治疗效果好于 He-Ne激光器。
Abstract
In order to provide a reference for clinical applications, effects of Low Intensity Laser Irradiation(LILI) withcombination of 635/808nm on cutaneous wound healings are evaluated. Non-surgical treatment of 60 patients with malignant tumors, the test group and control group of 30 cases is randomly selected. The incision site of patients has been irradiated with laser, which generated two lasers. One was red laser with wavelength at 635 ± 5nm and power density at 1~6.5 mW/cm2; the other was infrared laser with wavelength at 808 ± 5nm and power density at 11~32 mW/cm2. Laser treatment was started 24 hours after the end of surgery, each Days once every 15 minutes exposure to treatment endpoint. He-Ne laser treatment began 24 hours after the end of surgery, day 1, each exposure 15 minutes, until the end of treatment (hospital or wound healing stitches). The result shows that LILI with the combination of 635/808 nm could improve cutaneous wound healings of patients significantly rather than using He-Ne laser.
