摘要
通过插层技术合成了叶绿素铜/蒙脱土(chl-Cu/MMT)纳米中间体,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合光谱反射曲线对叶绿素铜/蒙脱土纳米中间体的近红外隐身性能进行研究。测试了叶绿素铜/蒙脱土纳米中间体的X射线单晶衍射图谱(XRD)和红外光谱,结果显示有机物叶绿素铜已成功进入蒙脱土层间。热重分析图谱(TGA)结果显示当有机物进入蒙脱土层间,热稳定性得到改善。结合光谱反射曲线对中间体的近红外隐身性能进行研究,发现叶绿素铜/蒙脱土纳米中间体与天然绿色植物的光谱反射率相一致,研究揭示叶绿素铜/蒙脱土纳米中间体达到近红外隐身功能,在**作战中可以模拟背景植物的光反射特性。
Abstract
Research of composites includes prepartion, characterization and practical application of materials. In this research, a novel composite Copper-Chlorophyllin/Montmorillonite(chl-Cu/MMT) was prepared through solution intercalated reaction. Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and spectral reflectance curve were used for stealth properties research of composites. The result of FTIR and X-ray diffraction(XRD) showed chl-Cu had intercalated into interlayer of MMT. Thermogravimetric Analysis(TGA) showed the thermal stability of composites improved as a result of intercalation into MMT. Spectral reflectance curve was applied to the study of composites, which showed consistent with the spectral reflectance curve of natural green plants. The study demonstrate that the composites could used in infrared stealth technique, which simulate reflection properties of the plant background in military operations.
