基于均匀照明的LED反射器的设计

摘要
为了创造良好的视觉环境,并提高光能利用率,设计了一种基于均匀照明的LED反射器。之所以选用球面环形阵列LED光源,第一是为扩大照明范围,其次是为了避免面光源垂直照射产生光强过强而导致的眩晕。设计的反射器是运用划分网格的方法获得自由曲面面型,运用机械建模软件拟合曲面的实体模型,进行了照明仿真模拟及分析。结果表明,与传统的反光器相比,自由曲面的反射器能较大程度地利用光源发出的能量,而且均匀性也有很大的提高。
Abstract
In order to allow people to have a good visual environment, also to make better use of light, it is important that to design a kind of reflectors for LED based on uniform illumination. Light sources is put in spherical annular array to avoid the vertigo, owing to excessive light intensity, that is produced if light source vertical illumination; but also to expand the scope of the lighting. This kind of reflectors is made up of free-form points that are obtained by distribution using grid method. Then the solid model is set up using mechanical modeling software and another then use the optical simulation software to carry out the illumination. The results illustrate that the free-form reflector can make a better use of light energy than the old one. Uniformity is greatly improved.
