应用新物理疗法治疗晚期复发性乳腺癌的比较研究
New physical therapy in advanced recurrent breast cancer
摘要
本文对晚期复发性乳腺癌和肉瘤应用激光、冷刀和微波等新物理疗法进行疗效分析.有效率为37%(17/46).其中癌灶消失二年以上无复发者3例,癌灶消失一年以上无复发者2例.文中对三种疗法的基本原理,优缺点和适应症进行了比较讨论.
Abstract
This paper compares the effectiveness of laser, cryosurgery and microwave in the treatment of advanced recurrent breast carcinomas and sarcomas. An effective rate of 37% (17/46) has been found. Of which 3 cases have no evidence of recurrence for over 2 years, 2 cases over 1 year. On the basis of the anti-cancerous mechanisms of the three physical methods of therapy, the authors discuss the merits and indications of laser as compared to the other two methods.
