双光子激光器中噪声效应的半经典分析
Semiclassical analysis of noise effect in two-photon lasers
摘要
应用Lamb的半经典激光理论,分析了散粒噪声和热噪声对激光特性的影响.推导了在散粒噪声和热噪声存在时激光场几率分布的Fokker-Planck方程,得到了计及噪声时聚束和反聚束的判据.并与单光子激光中噪声存在时相应的结果进行了比较.
Abstract
Lamb’s semielassical theory of laser has been used to analyse the effect of the shot noise and thermal noise on operation performances of lasers. Fokker-Planck equation of distribution probability of the laser field with the presence of shot noise and thermal noise is derived. Criteria of conditions under which bunching or anti-bunching exists is obtained and the results are compared with those of one-photon lasers.
