Simplified calculation method for deviation characteristics of electrostatic biprism in electron holography

本文采用经典电磁理论中的Laplace和Lorontz方程,推导出电子束在静电双棱镜中的偏转角解析表达式,并对某些实验结果作了解释.
Abstract
Analytical expression of the deviation angle for free-electrons in the electrostatic biprism is given using Laplace and Lorentz equations in classical electromagnetic theory and some experimental results are explained with the analytical expression.
