放大自发辐射对XeCl激光器空间相干性的影响
Effect of amplified spontaneous emission on space coherence of the XeCl laser
摘要
本文采用杨氏实验的方法,在不同的谐振腔Q值条件下测量了XeCl激光的空间相干性,认为放大自发辐射(ASE)是影响XeCl激光空间相干性的重要因素.适当地选取谐振腔输出耦合腔镜的反射率,可以有效地抑制这一影响.
Abstract
In this article, the space coherence of XeCl laser is measured with various cavity Q using Young’s experiment. It shows than the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) is the important factor which affects the space coherence of XeCl lasers. Such influence can be suppressed effectively by properly choosing the reflectivity R of the cavity output mirror.
