摘要
提出采用Er/Yb共掺的硼硅酸盐发光玻璃来提高硅光电池的太阳光谱利用率。分别测量了发光玻璃的透射光谱和在980nm红外光激发下的上转换发光。发现当利用氙灯模拟太阳光时, 直接掺杂Er/Yb氧化物的发光玻璃使得硅光电池具有更高的光谱利用率。与非掺杂玻璃相比, 其光谱利用率提高了1%。
Abstract
Er/Yb codoped borosilicate glass was used to improve the utilization of full solar spectrum of silicon solar cells. For the glass, the transmittance spectra and upconversion luminescence under 980nm IR light excitation were tested. It is found that the spectrum utilization is increased by 1% compared with the undoped glass when the luminous flux was constant.
