威布尔分布下竞争性故障装备的可靠性分析
Reliability Analysis for Equipment with Competing Failure in Weibull Distribution
摘要
利用外场故障数据,对威布尔竞争性故障装备进行了可靠性分析。首先对外场故障数据进行处理和失效模式分析,分别为各部件建立威布尔分布模型,得到其形状参数和尺度参数。进而在竞争性故障下,得到装备的可靠度函数和失效率函数。最后给出了一个陀螺仪算例来说明该分析方法的有效性。研究表明,该分析方法更符合装备的故障规律。
Abstract
The reliability of equipment with competing failure was analyzed by using the field fault data.First the Weibull distribution model was established for each component separately to get their shape parameters and scale parameters after data processing and failure mode analyzing.Then the reliability function and failure rate function of equipment were obtained for competing failures.At last a gyroscope example was given to illustrate the application of the method.The research shows that the method of competing failure is more in accordance with the failure discipline of equipment.
