不同波长激光-MAG电弧复合焊接焊缝成形与熔滴过渡特征研究

摘要
以5.0 mm厚高强钢板为实验材料, 采用高速摄像拍摄及汉诺威分析仪, 对比研究了CO2激光-MAG电弧旁轴复合焊接与Nd∶YAG-MAG激光电弧旁轴复合焊接在不同的激光功率下的焊缝形貌、熔滴过渡形态、工艺稳定性及电信号差异。结果表明, 在焊接电流I=180 A, 电流电压U=26 V, 焊接速度v=1.2 m/min时改变激光功率发现, 相同激光功率比较Nd∶YAG-MAG激光电弧复合焊的焊缝面积与热影响区面积明显更大且表面飞溅较少; Nd∶YAG-MAG激光电弧复合焊熔滴过渡频率更高, 过渡形式基本为射滴过渡; 采集的电信号也显示Nd∶YAG-MAG激光电弧复合焊更加稳定。
Abstract
In this essay, the experimental material is 5.0 mm thick high strength steel plate, the characteristics of the weld shaping, droplets transfer characteristics, process stability and the welding electric signals of hybrid welding processes are investigated of CO2 laser-MAG hybrid welding and Nd: YAG laser-MAG hybrid welding by using a high speed camera and a Hannover analyzer. The experimental results demonstrate that, when the arc current I=180 A, arc voltage U=26 V, welding speed of v= 1.2 m/min, found that Nd: YAG laser-MAG hybrid welding weld area and heat-affected area was significantly bigger than the area of CO2 laser-MAG hybrid welding and the surface splash less with same laser power, the frequency of droplet transfer higher, the welding electric signals of Nd: YAG laser-MAG hybrid welding are more stable.
