摘要
研究了微通道板像增强器动态范围特性,分别分析了以亮度增益、信噪比和分辨力等参数作为判断微通道板像增强器动态范围依据的可行性,形成了以分辨力和输出亮度为评判依据的微通道板像增强器动态范围测试方法,搭建了相应的动态范围测量装置,并对测量装置的组成部分进行了限制设计。对微通道板像增强器动态范围测试装置的分析显示:建立的测量装置可以实现10-5~103 lx的较宽动态范围测量,能够满足微通道板像增强器动态范围测试的要求。
Abstract
Feasibility of determining the dynamic range of image intensifier based on resolution, luminance gain and signal to noise ratio has been analyzed respectively. Testing method of dynamic range, which is based on the limited resolution and output brightness, has been formed finally by researching and analyzing the characteristic of dynamic range for image intensifier with microchannel plate, and the test-set has been funded, in which some parts have been restrained technically. Analyzing result shows that wider dynamic range with 10-5 lx~103 lx can be tested and dynamic range test for image intensifier with microchannel plate can be satisfied in dynamic range measurement setup.
