光轴可调的电湿润变焦透镜

摘要
研发新型的微变焦透镜已经成为当代科学的热门项目。文中提出了一种基于电湿润效应的光轴可调的液体变焦透镜并制作出了样品,它由一个内壁镀有绝缘层和疏水层的圆锥形铝筒、镀有ITO的透明玻璃下基板、锥形筒内的两种液体以及绝缘底座组成。铝圆锥形筒等分为四部分,并相互绝缘。通过改变施加于四个部分和ITO基板的电压,来控制两液体交界面的曲率,在实现调节透镜焦距的同时,可进行偏离光轴对焦,并分析了不同壁电极加不相等的电压值时光轴的偏移情况及偏移光轴时对焦情况。
Abstract
Micro zoom lens is currently a hot research topic. A variable-focus and variable-optical axis liquid lens based on electrowetting effect is presented, which consists of aluminum conical cylinder growing a insulating layer and hydrophobic film on its inner wall and a glass slide growing ITO film, two kinds of droplet and insulating base. Aluminum conical cylinder is divided symmetrically into four parts mutually insulated. Change the applied voltage between the four components and the glass slide to control the curvature of liquid interface, thus tune the focal length and adjust optical axis to focus. We also give analysis about the migration of optical axis when give different applied voltages to four components of aluminum conical cylinder and how to focus the object which is not in the center of lens.
