超高亮度LED微型投影仪照明系统设计

摘要
为了提高微型投影仪系统的性能,设计了一种超高亮度LED光源口袋式微型投影仪照明系统。其光源采用具有大面积发光面的RGB三色LED芯片。照明系统中最为关键的集光系统包含一个CPC和两个聚光透镜。在LightTools软件中追迹2×106条光线进行仿真,DMD面上光照均匀性为92%,光通量为450lm。该照明系统比传统LED光源照明系统体积更小,亮度更高,特别适用于微型投影仪。
Abstract
In order to improve the performance of the pocket projector, a novel illumination system based on ultra-high brightness LED was developed. RGB LEDs with big emission area were used as the light source. The collection optics which is the key part of the illumination system includes a CPC and two condenser lenses. Tracing 2×106 rays in LightTools, The system uniformity is 92%, and the luminous flux on the DMD is about 450lm. This illumination system is more compact and brighter than conventional LED-based illumination system, it is very suitable used in pocket projector.
