一种基于光电探测技术的非接触式液位监测法
A method of liquid level monitoring with non-contact based on optical detection technology
摘要
为了实现非接触式液位监测,现基于光电探测技术,针对不同液位状态下光线横穿透明容器后的出射光强进行分析,使用MatLab软件仿真并通过相关实验验证。结果表明:液位下降过程,输出光强会出现脉冲。通过监测该脉冲,间接实现非接触式液位监测,该方法不会造成溶液成分的改变,工作稳定,性能可靠,并能进行功能性扩展。
Abstract
To achieve non-contact liquid level monitoring, the output light intensity under different level after the light across the transparent container is analyzed, by using MatLab software simulation and experimental validation, which is based on the optical detection technology. The results show that a pulse of light intensity appears during the process of liquid level going down. Non-contact liquid level monitoring is indirectly achieved by detecting the pulse. This method will not change the components of the solution, which is stable and reliable, and can extend the function.
