激光主动探测电路系统设计与实验研究

摘要
雪崩光电二极管(APD)因其具有很高的内部增益,被广泛应用于光电探测中。根据雪崩光电二极管的雪崩效应及工作原理,采用APD作为激光回波接收单元来探测“猫眼”目标,设计了接收放大电路,并进行了实验研究。结果表明:此探测电路可探测到“猫眼”目标回波且回波信号包含时间与目标距离信息,可保证后续目标的定位,为激光主动探测系统的设计奠定了基础。
Abstract
Avalanche photodiode(APD)is widely used in photo-detection because of its high interior gain. Based on the avalanche effect and operating principle of APD, it was used as receiving unit to capture the reflected wave of “cat eye” target, a receiving-magnifying circuit was designed. The experiment of this circuit has been studied. The results demonstrate that the detecting circuit can capture the reflected wave of “cat eye” target and the reflected wave signal contains timing info and distance info of the target, the target could be accurately located. The study will lay the foundation for the design of various laser active detection systems.
