新型轨道自动检测系统研究

摘要
近年来,起重机轨道的检测系统测量准确性不高并且效率较低。为了提高现有起重机轨道检测的测量准确性,提高检测效率,提出了一种新型轨道检测系统。在系统中综合使用基站搭载的激光扫描仪,实时追踪小车位置,根据扫描仪采集的数据重构出轨道顶面中心线的空间形状,检测轨道变形程度。系统测量精度可以满足现有标准要求,同时相对于传统检测设备,检测效率提升数倍以上。
Abstract
Presently inspecting method of crane rail had a poor measuring accuracy and lower operation efficiency. An auto-inspection system for the rail of cranes was presented, which could be helpful to improve measuring accuracy and operation efficiency. A laser scanner was used in the system to trace the position of the robot in time. And the central line of railway could be rebuilt by using the data collected by the laser scanner, which could evaluate the shape of the rail automatically based on the mathematic model of the system. The measurement accuracy of the inspection system can meet the requirement of relevant standards, and the operation efficiency is improved in a high degree compared with traditional inspection equipment.
