基于体散射场的纸张质量测试方法研究
Scattering field based on the quality of the test method of paper
摘要
激光束透过纸张后体散射场的场强大小和分布与纸张的厚度、白度和均匀度有着密切关系。体散射场分布能够直接反映纸张的质量情况,是检测纸张质量的理想参考标准。在蒙特卡罗测试法的基础上,提出一种简单实用的纸张质量检测技术。利用He-Ne激光器发出的激光束透过纸张后测量其体散射场,通过实验计算得到的模拟曲线能够很好地描述纸张的光学质量,与理论计算的体散射场曲线有很高的吻合度。
Abstract
The scattered field intensity and distribution produced by the laser beam through the paper are relevant to thickness, whiteness and uniformity. The scattered field distribution can directly reflect the quality and is a reference standard of testing it. In the Monte Carlo test method is proposed based on a simple and practical paperquality testing techniques. The scattered field is measured by He-Ne laser through the paper, and the analog curve from the test calculation can describe the paper′s optical quality. The result fit well with the theory curve of the scattered field.
