大功率LED阵列光源的配光设计

摘要
通过LightTools软件实现针对大功率LED阵列光源的窄幅配光系统的设计。首先,分析了抛物面反光杯的焦距和出光口径与半峰边角的关系,并由此关系确定了15°半峰边角要求下所需的抛物面反光杯的初始面型参数值;其次,在二次曲面范围内对初始面型的面型常数k做进一步的优化,得到最佳的反光杯面型;再次,改变光源和反光杯焦平面之间的相对位置,来消除光强轴线方向的凹陷;最后,实现了窄幅投光灯的配光设计。该设计方法对不同光束角要求的快速配光设计有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
An optical system for high-power LED array to get a narrow beam angle by LightTools were designed. First, the relationship between the parameters, the focal length and light caliber of the parabolic reflector cup, and semi corners was analized. With the result obtained, the initial values of the parabolic reflector cup at 15° half beam angle were determined. Second, in the scale of quadric, further optimization to the constant k of original surface was done, and then the best reflection cup will be obtained. Again, by changing the relative position between the light source and the focal plane of the reflector cup, the axail depression of the light intensity distribution was eliminated. Finally, the optical design of the narrow beam angle about a project lamp was achieved. This method is very instructive in fast optical design for different beam.
