2011年12月5日，《中华人民共和国国家标准公告》(2011年第23号)向社会发布，其中GB4943.1-2011《信息技术设备 安全 第1部分：通用要求》将替换GB4943-2001《信息技术设备的安全》，GB4943.1-2011实施日期为2012年12月1日。本文主要以比较GB4943.1-2011与GB4943-2001版的差异，简述室内LED显示屏3C认证在新国标下的应对及对策。

Dec. 5th, 2011, 《Announcement of Newly Approved National Standards of P. R. China》(No. 23, 2011) issues to the community that GB4943.1-2011 《Information technology equipment-Safety-Part 1: General requirements》 will replace GB4943-2001 《Safety of information technology equipment》. The date of implementation of GB4943.1-2011 is Dec. 1st, 2012. These texts are mainly the comparison of differences between GB4943.1-2011 and GB4943-2001, and summarization of the response and countermeasure of 3C certification for Indoor LED displays under new state standard.
