摘要
提出了LED光谱数学模型, 并对在不同驱动电流条件下红光、黄光、绿光和蓝光LED的光谱分布进行了实验验证。结果表明此光谱模型拟合的LED光谱分布非常接近实际测量光谱分布, 优于其他光谱模型,并表明此光谱模型同样适用于荧光粉。进一步对白光LED光谱分布和显色性进行了仿真模拟, 结果也表明提出的新光谱模型优于其他光谱模型。
Abstract
A mathematical model for spectra of light-emitting diodes (LED) is developed in this paper. In the different drive current conditions the red, yellow, green and blue LED spectral distribution validated by experiment. The results show that this spectral model fitting LED spectral distribution is very close to the actual measurement of the spectral distribution, that this spectral model is better than other spectral model, and that this spectral model is suitable to the phosphor. Furthermore, the spectral distribution and color rendering property of the warm-white LED cluster are simulated by using different models. The results also show that this spectral model is better than other spectral model.
