新型光电检测电路的研究与设计
Study and Design of the New Photoelectric Detective Circuit
摘要
在分析传统光电转换电路的基础上,提出了一种三极管电流放大加运放电压转换的新型光电转换电路。通过建立光电检测电路的噪声模型与系统频率响应函数,从信噪比与频率响应两方面论证了这种光电转换电路的优点。实验分别对静态光强信号与高速运动干涉条纹信号的接收分析,表明这种方法无论在信噪比还是响应速度上比传统的电流型光电转换电路都有大幅度的提高。
Abstract
A new circuit of audion current amplification and operation amplifier voltage conversion is designed, based on analyzing the traditional photoelectric detective circuit .Through establishing noise model and frequency response function of the new photoelectric detective circuit, the advantages of the circuit are proved in terms of SNR and frequency response. Static light intensity signal and the high speed moving interference fringes signal are received and analyzed in the experiment. The result shows that this method improves SNR and the response speed more over the traditional circuit.
