时间最优与模糊PID控制在双光楔扫描中的应用

摘要
为实现视轴变化、扩大探测视场, 双光楔扫描需要进行大角度跳转。提出一种时间最优与模糊PID(比例-积分-微分)控制器相结合的控制策略, 时间最优控制用于快速消除大角度偏差, 模糊PID位置控制保证到位后精度高、超调量小, 从而提高系统的静态和动态性能。试验结果表明,控制系统可以实现双光楔的快速定位, 提高抗干扰能力, 有较强的鲁棒性; 同时由于操作性强, 有较高的应用和推广价值。
Abstract
In order to change the line of sight and enlarge the detection scope the double wedge prism scanning system requires to rotate a large angle rapidly.A control strategy combining time-optimal control with fuzzy PID (Proportional Integral Differential) control was proposed.The time-optimal control was used for eliminating the large angle deviation in the shortest time; and fuzzy PID control which has high precision and small overshoot was used for improving the static and dynamic performance of the system.Experimental results show that the controlled system has high performance robustness which can realize fast and accurate positioning on the double wedge prism and improve the anti-jamming capability.At the same time the control scheme can be extended to apply to other servo systems with the characteristics easy to handle.
