摘要
为满足主动光幕测速系统的测试需求, 在分析弹丸光信号特征的基础上设计和研制了一种弹丸光信号模拟装置。通过该模拟装置生成了在不同环境条件下的弹丸反射光信号, 其中包括弹丸形状、弹丸反射系数、背景光大小、弹丸速度、电磁干扰和蚊虫侵入等。利用这些不同的光信号对主动光幕测速系统探测单元的性能进行了测试实验, 获得了弹尾时刻的最佳判决方式。通过与实地靶场实验对比, 进一步验证了弹丸光信号模拟装置的正确性和探测单元的有效性。
Abstract
A simulation system is developed based on the analysis of projectile signal. Tests on the light curtain velocity measurement system are made using this simulation system. Projectile signals under difference situations are simulated, including different projectile shape, reflectivity, background light, velocity, EMI and the interference of winged insect. The best way to determine the passing time of projectile is found based on the tests of the detecting unit. The effectiveness and correctness of the simulation system is tested by the comparison between actual signal and simulated signal.
