激光测距传感器在液位测量系统中的应用
Laser Liquid Level Measuring Instrument Design
摘要
设计目的是对存储于容器内的液体液位进行实时精确的测量。这套系统采用瑞士莱卡公司的DLS-A15型激光测距传感器作为距离检测设备, 同时与单片机W77E58以及一些必要的外围电路相连接, 实现对存储于容器内的液体液位进行实时精确的测量及显示。实践表明, 该系统结构简单, 总体性能较好, 符合了当今智能仪器仪表小型化的潮流。
Abstract
The paper is mainly to measure liquid level stroed in containers in real time and accurate measurement. The system adopts Model DLS-A15 distance laser sensor by Leca Company in Switzerland as equipment of checkout the distance, join with microprocessor AT89C52 by ATMEL Company and some essential peripheral circuit at the same time , realize that measures and shows to liquid level. The measure results show that system has simple structure,the overall performance is good.It conforms to current intelligent instrument miniaturization trend.
