摘要
旋转倾斜光学平板是一种光学微扫描方法, 为了解决其对光学平板尺寸要求苛刻的问题, 采用一种大步长扫描法, 理论分析了该方法对频谱混叠和探测器调制传递函数的影响, 并结合实验仿真对超分辨重建图像的质量评价参量进行了实验验证。结果表明, 该方法不但降低了平行平板加工难度, 而且依然能抑制图像频谱混叠并保持探测器调制传递函数。
Abstract
Rotating inclined optical parallel plate is a kind of optical microscanning method. In order to overcome rigorous requirement for size of optical parallel plate, a large step method of optical microscanning was proposed. Firstly, its effect on the image aliasing and modulation transfer function (MTF) of the detector was theoretically analyzed. Then, it was experimentally confirmed by quantitative comparison of super-resolution image quality. The results indicate that not only machining difficulty is reduced, but also the aliasing is restrained and the MTF is sustained by using the large step microscanning.
