摘要
以7 mm厚30CrMnSi钢为研究对象, 进行了光纤激光-GMA复合焊接对接焊缝的工艺试验研究。结果表明, 采用单层焊时易产生裂纹, 采用双层焊且打底层、填充层均采用激光-GMA复合焊接时可获得成形良好的焊缝。打底层焊接时, 光丝间距DLA=3~4 mm, 装配间隙在0.2~1.2 mm, 能量配比在0.83~1.33, 线能量在3.38×105~4.26×105 J/m可以获得良好成形的焊缝。填充层焊接时能量配比在0.15~0.18, 线能量在4.95×105~9.12×105 J/m可获得成形良好的焊缝。
Abstract
In order to study the welding characteristics of 30CrMnSi steel with 7mm thickness, the butt joint has been welded by fiber laser-GMA hybrid welding. The experimental results indicate that, it is easy to occur crack for single-layer welding, and adopting double-layer welding, which both of the layers are welded by laser-GMA hybrid welding, can obtain a sound weld. When the distance DLA between laser and arc is about 3~4 mm, the assembly clearance is about 0.2~1.2 mm, the energy ratio between laser and arc is about 0.83~1.33 and the line energy input is about 3.38×105~4.26×105 J/m, a good weld can be obtained in the backing layer. However, the energy ratio is about 0.15~0.18 and the line energy is about 4.95×105~9.12×105 J/m, a well-quality joint can be obtained in the filled layer.
