摘要
用熔融急冷法制备了Tm3+(1.0wt%)离子掺杂Ge30Ga5Se65和Ge30Ga5S65(mol%)玻璃, 测试和分析了玻璃的吸收光谱和荧光光谱特性。根据吸收光谱, 应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算分析了Tm3+在上述玻璃样品中的强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)以及Tm3+各能级的自发跃迁几率、荧光分支比和辐射寿命等光谱参数。
Abstract
Tm3+-doped chalcogenide glasses in Ge30Ga5Se65 and Ge30Ga5S65(mol%) system were synthesized by melt-quenching technique. The properties of the glasses including absorption spectra and emission spectra were measured under 800nm excitation. According to the Judd-Ofelt theory and absorption spectrum, the intensity parameter Ωt(t=2,4,6), the spontaneous radiative transition A, fluorescence branching ratio β and radiative lifetime rad of Tm3+ were calculated.
