摘要
像差校正能力是衡量变形镜性能的重要指标,对自适应光学系统波前校正器件的选择有重要的参考价值。结合虚拟像差与直接斜率法控制技术,对最大通光孔径为45 mm的37单元双压电片变形镜的像差校正能力进行了实验研究,并分析了通光孔径与光束入射角度对变形镜像差校正能力的影响。研究结果表明,实验所用双压电片变形镜在通光孔径为28 mm时能够取得最好的像差校正效果,随着光束入射角度增加,变形镜对像差的校正精度逐渐下降。
Abstract
Correction ability is a key parameter to evaluate deformable mirror. An experimental system based on virtual aberrations and direct slope algorithm is set up to evaluate the correction ability of a 37-element deformable mirror whose maximum clear aperture is 45 mm, and the impacts of clear aperture and beam incidence angle to correction quality are tested. Experimental results show that the highest correction performance is achieved when the clear aperture is 28 mm, and the correction performance deteriorates with the increase of the beam incidence angle.
