傅里叶变换光谱仪光谱重构方法的改进

摘要
提出一种新的切趾函数,用此切趾函数对相位误差较大的干涉图加权,能够快速获得高精度的光谱。根据实序列傅里叶变换的性质和离散傅里叶变换的性质,将过零单边干涉图数据和小双边干涉图数据组成一组复数序列,用新切趾函数对此复数经过一次加权,在抑制旁瓣的同时,能够减小干涉图的不对称性和小双边干涉图数据被利用两次造成的误差,获得高精度的光谱。研究结果表明,当相位误差不满足随波数缓慢变化时,与改进的Mertz乘积法相比,提出的相位校正方法只需要一次切趾,提高了计算效率并且减小了光谱失真。
Abstract
A novel apodization function is proposed. The higher-precision spectrum can be quickly obtained through multiplying the interferogram by the proposed apodization function. A sequence of complex numbers is reconstructed, whose real part is the data of zero-crossing single-sided interferogram and imaginary part is the data of short double-sided interferogram. The sequence of complex numbers multiplied by the new apodization function not only suppresses the sidelobe, but also reduces the asymmetry of interferogram and the error caused by repeated used of the data of short double sided interferogram. Then the higher precision spectrum is achieved based on the characters of real number Fourier transform and discrete Fourier transform. The analysis results show that the new phase error correction method improves the computational efficiency and decreases the spectrum distortion compared with the improved Mertz product method, whose the phase error is big.
