末端全反镜反射光路与割缝垂直度的关系研究
Study on the Relationship Between Reflected Light of the Last Mirror and the Slotted Verticality of the Die-Board
摘要
以SLCM1225系列激光切割机为例, 运用几何光学原理, 分析了经聚焦镜上方的全反镜或圆偏振镜反射出来的激光束方向与经聚焦镜聚焦后的聚焦光束垂直度的关系, 指出可以通过调节聚焦镜上方的全反镜或圆偏振镜来改善经聚焦镜聚焦后的激光束方向, 进而改变该聚焦光束与待切割板材表面所成的角度, 从而实现对板材割缝垂直度的控制。特别是对割缝垂直度要求较高的激光模切板行业, 该调节技术能够有效地实现对割缝垂直度的校正, 克服了采用平移聚焦镜技术有时还需要改造设备的缺陷。针对现有的激光刀模行业主流装备, 经过多次调节切割试验, 该方法效果良好。
Abstract
This paper studies on the relationship between reflected light of the last mirror and the slotted verticality of the die-board using of geometric optics by the SLCM-1225 numerical control machine. The paper points out that we can improve the slotted verticality of the die-board by modifying the last mirror of the laser cutting machine. This technique is very effective in the production, especially for the convex lens of laser cutting machine which have no adjustment function in the same plane. The testing results show that the adjustment of the last mirror can change the direction of the energy-center-lines of the focused beam, and then changes the slotted verticality of the die-board.
